Every setup package includes email support for a defined window. Managed care adds ongoing troubleshooting, migrations, and optimization after that.
Your conversations, memories, and files stay on your hardware — nothing is stored on our servers. When the assistant uses a cloud model (like GPT-5 or Claude), your prompt goes to that provider's API, same as if you used ChatGPT directly. The difference: you control which providers get used, what data gets sent, and we can route sensitive tasks to local-only models that never leave your machine. During setup, we configure guardrails, API key security, and teach you what to send where. A well-configured local setup is meaningfully more private than any hosted AI service.
