Terms of Service

1. What We Do

UrClaw provides live setup sessions to help you install and configure OpenClaw on your personal computer. We configure workflows, connect channels, and leave you with a working AI assistant — not a tutorial and a list of links.

Our current offerings:

  • Essentials Setup ($499) — 90-minute live session, 1 channel, 3 core workflows
  • Pro Setup ($699) — 2-hour session, multi-channel, voice cloning, 8+ workflows
  • Premium Setup ($1,199) — 3-hour deep dive, all channels, custom automations, all core workflows configured, plus an ongoing expansion plan
  • Managed Care ($149–$249/mo) — Ongoing troubleshooting, updates, and optional expansion support without making your setup a full-time IT relationship

2. We’re Not OpenClaw

UrClaw is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the OpenClaw project. OpenClaw is an open-source project with its own maintainers, documentation, and community. We’re independent consultants who happen to be really good at setting it up.

Bugs, limitations, or changes in OpenClaw itself are outside our control.

3. Your Data & Security

During our sessions:

  • We don’t store your passwords or API keys. You type them yourself while sharing your screen.
  • We don’t access your crypto wallets, bank accounts, or financial information. Not our business.
  • We don’t keep copies of your files. Everything stays on your machine.
  • If your session is recorded (Pro and Premium packages), you own the recording. We delete our copy after 30 days.

4. No Security Guarantees

We can’t promise your setup will be unhackable. We follow security best practices, but no software is 100% secure. You’re responsible for:

  • Keeping your computer and accounts secure
  • Not sharing your API keys with randos
  • Updating your software when patches come out
  • Using strong passwords (you know the drill)

5. No Success Guarantees

We can’t promise OpenClaw will change your life, make you money, or 10x your productivity. Results depend on how you use it, what you’re trying to do, and a bunch of factors we don’t control. We guarantee we’ll get it installed and configured correctly — what you do with it is up to you.

6. Refunds

If we genuinely can’t get OpenClaw working on your machine (rare, but hardware/OS edge cases exist), you get a full refund — regardless of which package you booked.

If you just change your mind after the session, sorry — our time was still spent. For Essentials ($499), Pro ($699), and Premium ($1,199), the same policy applies: we show up, do the work, and deliver what was promised. If we can’t, you get your money back.

7. Screen Sharing & Remote Access

During sessions, you’ll share your screen with us via Google Meet, Zoom, Tuple, or a similar tool. You control your computer at all times. We’ll tell you what to type and click, but you’re the one doing it. We don’t use remote desktop tools that let us control your machine without your active participation.

8. Managed Care Plans

Managed Care is an optional monthly subscription for ongoing support after your setup session. It covers troubleshooting, software updates, and low-friction expansion when you want to improve or reconfigure the system later.

  • Care ($149/mo) — Email support, troubleshooting, updates, and a 48-hour response window
  • Care+ ($249/mo) — Everything in Care, plus one reserved expansion slot every 4 weeks that you can use for a new workflow or a reconfiguration
  • À la carte — One-off workflow adds, channel expansions, or reconfiguration work can also be scoped separately without a monthly plan
Care plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — no long-term contracts. When you cancel, you keep your setup. You just lose the ongoing support and reserved priority for future upgrades.

9. Booking & Scheduling

We use Cal.com for scheduling consults and setup sessions. When you book, Cal.com may collect your name, email, and any notes you add to the booking form. This data is processed by Cal.com under their own privacy policy. We only see what you share in the booking and on the call.

10. Third-Party Services

OpenClaw connects to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and other services. We’re not responsible for:

  • Their pricing, outages, or terms of service
  • How they handle your data
  • Changes they make to their APIs

11. Liability

If something goes wrong (data loss, security incident, your cat deletes your config file), our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the session. We’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, emotional distress, or your boss being mad.
